How Do I Enable Cookies on My Browser?

If you encounter an error when trying to login or use ThinkCERCA, you may need to enable cookies on your web browser or ask your school's IT Department to Whitelist ThinkCERCA's list of URLs. 

Here's how:

Google Chrome

1. Copy and paste the following URL into your Chrome Browser: chrome://settings/cookies
2. Ensure that "Block all cookies" is not selected. You can chose "Block third-party cookies" for your security, while allowing some cookies to improve your browsing experience like keeping you signed in to a site.

Safari

1. In the top left corner of your computer, click on the "Safari" drop-down menu.
2. Select "Preferences."
3. Go to "Security."
4. Ensure that "Block all cookies" is NOT selected.
