How Do I Determine Each Student's Reading Level?

Determining each student's reading level lets you assign lessons tailored to their skills and needs in a progression that will encourage improvement. To help you accurately level your students, ThinkCERCA offers a Leveling Assessment as one of the available Benchmark Assessments.

Steps

1. Assign a Leveling Assessment to your students (instructions here).
2. After your students have completed the assignments included in the Leveling Assessment, you may review the results of their work in the Leveling Assessment report under the Insights tab.
3. Based on those results, you can then assign students to the appropriate reading groups via the dropdown list under each student's name.
