Reset Your Account Password
If your district uses manual rostering, you have the option to reset your password at any time from your account settings.
Hello Partners, follow these steps to reset your password.
- Log into ThinkCERCA.
- From any page, select the person icon in the top, right corner.
- Select “Profile Settings” from the drop down options.
- Click the pencil icon next to “Account Settings.”
- Enter your current password and new password.
- Select “Submit” to reset your password.
If you do not remember your password and cannot log into ThinkCERCA, follow these steps:
- Visit the Login page.
- Click “Forget your password?”
- An email will be sent to you with instructions on how to reset your password.
