Understanding student benchmark scores
Once your data is released, you may see student benchmarks that show "scoreless" or "grade pending" in the platform. On occasion, student work is deemed unscorable due to the following conditions:
- Submission is blank
- Submission contains insufficient writing (“I don’t know”)
- Submission is plagiarized from ThinkCERCA text, outside source, or another student
- Submission is written in a language other than English or Spanish. At this time, we are only offering scoring in these two languages.
- Such strong similarities to AI-generated content that a submission might be written by an external tool.
