Hello Partners, teachers have the ability to assign each student a Personal Growth Focus as the final step in the grading process for Close Reading & Writing lessons.
The Growth Focus categories available for each lesson will be determined by the rubric attached to the lesson. Growth Focus assignments will be specific to the class in which the lesson was assigned. e.g. a student may be assigned one Growth Focus by their ELA teacher and a different one from their Science teacher.
You can view the current Growth Focus assignments for each class by going to the Class Planner and selecting the “Roster” tab.
